Amanjeda Summer collection soft tailoring slim fit merino wool, silk and linen suit in natural structured striped seersucker emphasizes lean, slender lines. The half lined jacket is styled with slim notch lapels, two straight flap pockets and side vents at the back. The trousers have side pockets, zip & button closure, soft waistband and are featuring a 17.5 cm hem. This casual Amanjeda classic suit style is available besides ready made garment as well as made to measure service. For the ready made the sleeves and pants are unfinished. You can bring your jacket and pants to our boutique for alterations.


FABRIC & CARE

Super 150's merino wool meets silk 600, the finest in the world, to create Lightest, a family of fabrics now joined by a new seersucker version. Seersucker has distant origins, in India, and its name evokes its distinctive look. The term derives from the Urdu phrase 'Shir o shakar' which means 'milk and sugar', describing the alternation of smooth and textured stripes: the former representing the consistency of milk and the latter the rough, irregular grains of sugar. The seersucker version of Lightest is crafted on a twin beam loom: the warp threads are held at different tensions between the two beams to create the refined, subtle crinkle in the surface. This natural rippled effect ensures it retains its crisp, impeccable look, even in very hot climates.
